Approximately 1,600 customers are without power in Cottonwood Heights and Sandy Thursday night, according to Rocky Mountain Power.
Rocky Mountain Power reports the outage is affecting those in zip code 84093. The company estimates power will be restored by 1:30 a.m. For the latest updates, check here on rockymountainpower.net.
The cause of the outage is not known at this time.
