Doctor Scott Van Wagoner testified Wednesday that Michele MacNeill was dead when emergency personnel brought her to the a hospital, but he said Martin MacNeill made an unusual request.

“He made an odd request of me, which I still find to be in 15 years of practice completely unusual and really kind of off the wall… He offered me $10,000 to continue my resuscitation and not quit,” Van Wagoner testified.

Van Wagoner said of all the requests he’s ever received as a physician, this one was the most odd.

The trial will resume Thursday, and it is anticipated that Martin MacNeill’s family will testify.

FOX 13 News will have live streaming coverage of the trail online when court is in session. Proceedings are scheduled to begin at about 8:30 a.m. each day Tuesday through Friday during the trial’s duration, which is scheduled to continue until Nov. 15
