BOULDER, Colorado – A man who admitted to spying on women in a portable toilet pleaded guilty to charges on Tuesday.

FOX31 Denver reports that Luke Chrisco pleaded guilty to two felony burglary counts and one misdemeanor count of attempted unlawful sexual conduct. The plea deal allowed Chrisco to avoid other charges.

Chrisco was arrested in August of 2011 after a woman at a festival reported that she’d seen something moving inside a portable toilet she had used. She then reported that a man covered in feces emerged from the tank and fled.

Chrisco was arrested several days later during an unrelated traffic stop. During the investigation Chrisco confessed to spying on women in other public restrooms in the area.

FOX31 Denver reports that Chrisco originally pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity in February.
