WEBER COUNTY, Utah – Two men accused in connection with multiple thefts across the country were transported from Maryland by police and booked into the Weber County Jail.

Jerome Faison and David Thomas allegedly robbed a Morgan Jewelers store located inside the Newgate Mall on December 27, 2012.

The pair cut through the glass and made off with an unspecified amount of jewelry. Click here for surveillance camera footage of that robbery.

Detectives flew to Maryland last week to bring the two men to Utah, where they were booked on felony theft warrants. Ogden detectives worked with several out-of-state agencies and the FBI on this case, according to a press release.

The two men are also facing state and federal charges beyond those brought against them in Utah. They allegedly traveled the country and carried out robberies, including two in Maine in 2010.
