SOUTH JORDAN, Utah - Bingham High School's yearbook is going viral. The yearbook staff put together an end-of-year video to capture their memories of the last school year.

It turned into a huge production with 2,200 participants, 23 soloists, 800 balloons, 200 glow sticks and a helicopter. Almost every student at Bingham High, located in South Jordan, participated in the YouTube video.

They say this is probably the best yearbook the school has put together, and this is the one time the movie is much better than the book.

Even more impressive is that they managed to get the whole video in one take without any editing, even managing to jump onto a helicopter and fly into the air.

It took all year and hundreds of hours to get the timing just right.

"We had it all timed out, that we were entering the auditorium at this time, we are entering the auto shop at this time, then when we were doing the song we timed it to get the music and lyrics to match," said singer Alisha Sorensen.

They reinvented the Icona Pop song "I Love It" and added the school hymn. Senior Jacob Barube strapped a steady camera to his chest and ran from room to room.

"Having it be one shot took a lot of planning from the yearbook staff. So I was really impressed how well we talked to all the clubs and we planned the route," Barube said.

Yearbook editor Mary Roe says the yearbook staff wanted to represent everyone in the school, from the band to the jokes.

"It's just a tour of the school, you want to get everyone and who they represent and what Bingham is," Roe said.

And by the end of the 10-minute video, they got them all. They say the video is a memory in itself, but it also captures what everyone loves doing the most.
