Lockdown at Syracuse High lifted

School lockdown

SYRACUSE, Utah — Syracuse High School was placed on lockdown Thursday morning after police received a report that someone was carrying a weapon in the neighborhood.

Davis School District spokesman Chris Williams said the lockdown was lifted as of 10:50 a.m.

Calls to the Syracuse Police Department were not returned.
