OREM, Utah — Orem Police have arrested three suspects in a home invasion.

The victim said he was assaulted by men who broke into his home near 45 West 450 North in Orem just before 5 a.m. on Sunday.

The victim told police three men, wearing masks, entered his home. One had a handgun, another carried a baseball bat and the third man served as a look out and was not armed, according to the victim.

The men demanded money and drugs, according to police.

The victim told police he recognized the voice of one of the suspects. When the suspect realized he may have been recognized, one suspect hit the victim with the baseball bat, while another punched him in the face.

The three suspects put the victim in a closet and left with some stolen goods, according to police.

Detectives investigated the case and arrested three men Monday morning. The suspects were identified as Mitchell Ramirez, Ryan Marsh and Kyle Anderson. They were located at Ramirez’s home and police were able to recover the stolen items.

The men have been booked in the Utah County Jail on aggravated burglary, possession of stolen property, possession of a controlled substance and aggravated robbery.
