“He’s never actually run a budget before. He’s never been a manager of an organization before,” Republican Mark Crockett, who is running for Salt Lake County Mayor, said of his Democratic opponent Ben McAdams. “I’ve spent my career turning around very large organizations and helping dozens of companies and government save billions of dollars a year.

Congressional candidate Mia Love spoke to FOX 13′s Nineveh Dinha Tuesday from the GOP Headquarters in Salt Lake City.
“I have more experience than my opponent [Jim Matheson] ever had when he started off,” Love said when asked if she felt she had enough experience to be a member of Congress.
Regarding federal college student loans, Love said she is not trying to do away with them, but to “open it up so we have as many options as possible.”
