SALT LAKE CITY -- The Utah Lt. Governor's Office is telling voters to expect some wait times at polling stations as voter turnout is expected to be high on Tuesday.

It is predicted to be between 75 to 80 percent voter turnout. The number is high, but not quite a record as larger turnout was recorded in the late 60s, early 70s, according to the Lt. Governor's Office.

The Lt. Governor's Office predicts the longest wait time to be around 20 minutes.

"There will likely be some lines, so we just need people to take a deep breath sometimes and just get through the system," said Lt. Governor's Office Spokesman Mark Thomas. "And if they do have questions, we are here to help."
