Suspected ‘bundled-up bandit’ arrested in SLC

SALT LAKE CITY – Police say they may have caught the man known as the Bundled-up Bandit, who is accused of robbing at least three Salt Lake City-area banks.

Officers took Matthew Rosenweig and his wife Sarah Rosenweig into custody outside the Zion’s Bank at 3900 South and 700 East.

Rosenweig is suspected of robbing three Salt Lake City-area banks in the last month, all while bundled in a hooded sweatshirt. Police say Sarah is an accomplice in the series of robberies.
