  • 1 can pizza crust
  • 5 ounces Gossner mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 24 slices pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup Gossner Butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 2 cups prepared spaghetti or pizza sauce, heated

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Spray a 9-inch pie pans or one 13×9-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray. Remove dough from can. Unroll dough; starting at center, press out each dough rectangle with hands to form 12×8-inch rectangle. Cut each rectangle into 24 squares.

Top each square with cheese and pepperoni slice. Wrap dough around filling to completely cover; firmly press edges to seal. Place seam side down with sides touching in sprayed pie pan.
In small bowl, butter and basil; mix well. Brush over filled dough in pans. Sprinkle with half the Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 16 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm pizza bites with sauce topped with remaining parmesan cheese.
