RSL fall to undefeated Kansas City for second loss of the season

Real Salt Lake was unable to post a goal and fell to Sporting Kansas City 1-0 for their second loss of the season.

RSL took their conference-best record to Kansas City and KC’s conference-best record. Kansas City sits at 6-0-0 for the first team to last 6 games with an undefeated record since the LA Galaxy started the 1998 season at 9-0. Real Salt Lake (5-2-0) lost their second match of the season.

The only goal of the match came at the 63rd minute from Aurélien Collin for KC.

RSL saw two yellow cards; Will Johnson in minute 51 and Jonny Steele in minute 78. KC saw one from Paulo Nagamura in minute 76.
