The Utah Jazz fell to the Memphis Grizzlies on Saturday night, putting their playoff hopes further out of reach.

The Jazz (31-30) entered the game in 10th place in the Western Conference, 1.5 games behind Denver and the last playoff spot.

The Grizzlies (35-24) currently sit at number 5 in the West. They hold a 7-game home winning streak.

Memphis held a 1-point lead at the half and the Jazz were able to turn it around, leading 76-70 at the end of the third quarter, but the Grizzlies were able to negate that margin and pull ahead for a 103-98 victory.

Rudy Gay led the Grizzlies with 26 points and 12 rebounds. OJ Mayo added 20 points off the bench. Marc Gasol had 17 points and 9 rebounds and Mike Conley added 17 more points.

Devin Harris and Al Jefferson each had 20 points for the Jazz. Paul Millsap and Gordon Hawyard added 17 apiece. Derrick Favors grabbed 14 rebounds and 10 points.

The Jazz will host the Dallas Mavericks (34-26) on Monday.
